Presented By:

Robin Thompson

Transforming an organization into one where employees are both challenged and enthusiastic is a process that involves creating leaders at all levels. This program provides steps to discover how people are motivated and developed in a trusting, fun environment. It demonstrates the difference in leadership and management. High morale and commitment are created when employees have a sense of direction and purpose. They “buy-in” and propel the change needed to succeed! This program leads to a greater understanding of inspiring employees in a highly productive environment.

This session is designed to teach by example. Experiential activities are used to get people involved, having fun and learning. Stories and magic add emphasis and statistics are delivered to demonstrate why work that is fun, gets done.

1.           Identify the difference in a manager and a leader

2.           Inspire others with new and creative ideas

3.           Developing leadership in others

4.           Demonstrate fun ways to be a better leader
