Then, just when we thought we'd seen it all, the economy took a nose dive in late 2008, impacting many organizations with financial chaos, layoffs, and an uncertain future. In these turbulent times, it will be those organizations that figure out how to not only survive, but thrive that will emerge as leaders in a new world of business.

Session Two

Excellence in internal customer service can be then translated into "World Class" customer service for your external customers.
Session Three
2:15 pm – 3:45 pm
Session three, presented by Sharon Nelson, JD, will be "Give a Rebel Yell: Secrets the Plaintiff's Attorney Doesn't Want You to Know." This session will discuss Employment law from the perspective of a Plaintiff's employment attorney. More specifically, it will address what employment lawyers look for when building a case against the employer, with particular attention to Title VII, FMLA/ADA/Worker's Compensation and the FLSA. Tips and practical hints will be offered on how employers can avoid ending up in litigation.
