Patrice Ross, SPHR has over 10 years of Human Resources experience and has performed a variety of positions from recruiter to benefits administrator to EEO specialist in the banking, manufacturing and trade show industries. She currently works for WSI-Nevada Operations, a security contractor to the Department of Energy, as a Human Resources Supervisor overseeing compensation and benefits. Patrice earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and her Master of Arts degree in Human Resources with a minor in Human Resources Development from the University of Nebraska. She has taught undergraduate Human Resources classes for the College of Business Administration at the University of Nebraska and for Continuing Education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Patrice has earned her Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification as well as Immigration Specialist Certification. She currently serves on the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association Board of Directors as President Elect.
Detective Paul Ehlers works for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in the Fraud Unit.
Paul R. Ehlers is a Detective in the Financial Crimes Section, Forgery Detail for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Det. Ehlers has 25 years of law enforcement experience; the last 17 ½ years with LVMPD. He is currently assigned to the Financial Crimes Section and in has been in the Forgery Detail for the past 5 years. He works investigating financial crimes to include identity theft, counterfeiting and manufacturing of forged instruments, credit card related crimes, internet based crimes, computer crimes, mortgage fraud, theft by deception and related crimes. He is a certified Instructor in Identity Theft, Fraudulent Document Examination, and Credit Card and Economic Crimes and conducts training both for LVMPD and outside agencies. Det. Ehlers is a member of IAFCI (International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators) for the past 5 years to include, yearly attendance at IAFCI Nevada Chapter Fraud Training Seminar for the past 4 years.
