The Southern Nevada Human Resources Association

 

The Southern Nevada Human Resources Association (SNHRA) is the largest,
not-for-profit association of human resource professionals in Nevada. Often featured in the media as a leading voice in the local community, SNHRA provides guidance in a variety of human resource issues transcending all businesses.

 

A diverse membership of nearly 400 members representing more than 300 hundred corporations and organizations, we offer our member sponsors the ability to directly reach their target market with the flexibility to customize a sponsorship package to meet individual needs.

 

Our affiliation with the international organization, the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), lends additional resources to our association while allowing us to independently provide a wide variety of professional development, networking, and sponsorship opportunities to our local business partners.

SNHRA BREAKFAST MEETING SPONSORSHIP

 

SNHRA monthly meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at the Gold CoastHotel & Casino. Our monthly meeting averages 80-100 attendees comprised of human resource professionals, business owners, and consultants.

 

  • You have exclusive rights to place literature at the seats of all our attendees. You can bring a brochure detailing information on your company or product, or you can offer a special discount to SNHRA members if you wish to create something specific for our meeting. Our usual attendance is approx. 80 people.
  • You will have the opportunity to speak for 2-4 minutes immediately following the general announcements made by our association president; Patrice Ross, SPHR.
  • We will place a link on our website to your homepage. Your link will remain on our site for a total of 60 days.
  • We ask that you donate a raffle prize for the meeting. Our hospitality team will collect business cards from all attendees and place them in a drawing bowl for the prize you bring ($50-100 gift card to a restaurant or store is preferred). Once the drawing is held at the end of the meeting, you will be entitled to have the cards to keep so you can create a database of names for future contact.

    Your sponsorship includes breakfast/lunch for one person. You will need to register and pay for any additional folks attending that morning.

PARTNERSHIP PROGRAMS

 

As an exclusive SNHRA partner you will enjoy a complimentary annual membership, access to our member mailing list, and the maximum amount of exposure to our membership. Partnerships are available at all levels providing a mix of unique marketing opportunities.

Platinum Partnership- $15,000, reduced from $20,000

Our prestigious Platinum Partnership is our most exclusive sponsorship opportunity.

 

As a Platinum Partner, you enjoy exposure at each of our monthly breakfast or lunch meetings and first right of refusal during our annual sponsorship renewal. Experience maximum exposure at all SNHRA events, recognition in each of our R E S O U R C E S newsletter editions, an annual banner ad on the SNHRA website with approximately 2,500 visitors per month, a banner ad on the "Best Places To Work" website, a booth at our State's annual conference (if held), table sponsorship and program recognition at our "Best Places To Work" luncheon and our Diversity luncheon. We typically bundle a meeting sponsorship with each Partnership plan, so you'll be marketed extensively to our group 1 month before the meeting. As a Gold Partner you will benefit from a unique mix of marketing opportunities at our high profile events. Showcase your company and product with an annual tile ad on the SNHRA website and the "Best Places To Work" website, a full page print ad in the "Best Places To Work" program, a booth at our annual conference, table sponsorship at the "Best Places To Work" luncheon and "Celebrating Diversity" luncheon with sponsor recognition in the "Celebrating Diversity" program and website. We typically bundle a meeting sponsorship with each Partnership plan, so you'll be marketed extensively to our group 1 month before the meeting. Mailing Labels

 

Mailing labels are available to both members for single use mailing campaigns. Please email your request for a set of labels to our Executive Administrator at admin@snhra.org. Please allow a minimum of 5 days for your request to be processed. Note: You cannot create a database from the labels...These are for one time use only.

A single send e-blast is available to both members and non members for single use mailing campaigns. National SHRM Conference: Las Vegas:
Volunteer Website and Admin Sponsor

 

We have an incredible opportunity for a partner for a year-long volunteer recruiting and communication effort for the SHRM National Conference coming to Las Vegas in 2011. This is an amazing chance to reach out to the most connected HR Professionals in Southern Nevada (and the surrounding states): Conference Volunteers!

 

With nearly 1000 HR Volunteers, recruited from a database of thousands more, your message and your support will be highly visible...Every prospective volunteer and every actual volunteer will receive your materials, see your logo, learn about your company and more, thorough literally thousands of individual and group communications leading up to the conference. This is a "once-every-four-years" opportunity that is just too good to miss!

 

The website, administration and communication requirements for management of the recruiting and scheduling process for nearly 1000 volunteers runs approximately $25,000 for the year, and we are looking for an exclusive sponsor for $20K, or two non-competing co-sponsors for $10K each. The funding for this program can be broken into 4 payments over the course of 2010 and 2011, concluding by June of 2011, prior to conference.
